Susie Wiles will be the first female White House chief of staff

President-elect Trump named his co-campaign manager Susie Wiles as his incoming White House chief of staff. Wiles will be the first woman to hold that position, one of the most important nonelected posts in the administration. NBC News’ Dasha Burns reports on why Trump selected Wiles for the role.
