Sylvania's Passport Program hopes to bring people downtown for holiday shopping

Billed as a festive way for the community to support nearly 30 local businesses this holiday season, the Sylvania Area Chamber of Commerce and Red Bird Sylvania have launched their Holiday Passport Program.
