Abhishek Lodha transfers 18% stake worth Rs 21,000 cr in Macrotech Developers to philanthropic arm

Real estate developer Abhishek Lodha and his family have donated an 18.09% stake in their company, Macrotech Developers, to their philanthropic foundation. The shares are valued at over Rs 21,000 crore. The Lodha Philanthropy Foundation will use the dividend income from these shares to support various social initiatives in education, women's empowerment, and sustainable urbanisation.
