Lukashenko gives instructions to work out Vitebsk Oblast development strategy

“What are we going to do with Vitebsk Oblast or in Vitebsk Oblast?” Aleksandr Lukashenko asked civil servants and primarily the agriculture and food minister upon arriving in the city.
