Bengals won't need Tee Higgins to challenge Ravens: Thursday Night Football predictions, odds

0

If Thursday night’s rematch between the Cincinnati Bengals and Baltimore Ravens goes anything like their Week 5 meeting, we’re in for some fireworks. These teams combined for 79 points when they played in October, including 31 in the fourth quarter and a game-winning field goal in overtime to lift the Ravens to a 41-38 victory.

There will be some notable differences in the cast of players available on these respective offenses for round two, though.

The Ravens have since acquired wide receiver Diontae Johnson, who figures to take on a bigger role after being held without a catch in his team debut last week. And the Bengals will likely be without Tee Higgins for a third straight game, as he’s listed as doubtful with a quad injury.

Higgins’ status is likely playing into the spread, which favors the Ravens by six points at home. But given Baltimore’s defensive struggles, the Bengals still have a chance to make this one interesting.
