Embassy REIT appoints Ritwik Bhattacharjee as interim CEO

Embassy Office Parks REIT (Embassy REIT) has appointed Ritwik Bhattacharjee as its Interim CEO after its previous CEO, Aravind Maiya, stepped down following a directive from Sebi. Sebi's action came after the NFRA debarred Maiya for ten years due to his alleged involvement in concealing a significant fraud during his time at Coffee Day Enterprises.
