UN guidelines to help marginalised Indian youths transition from "learning to earning" soon

Three UN agencies, including UNICEF India, are set to launch new guidelines aimed at empowering marginalized youth. The guidelines, developed in consultation with young people, focus on bridging the gap between learning and earning by equipping them with essential skills for the 21st century.
