Suspect arrested after alleged stabbing in Northwest Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Police arrested a suspect in Northwest Portland after a stabbing left someone injured Wednesday afternoon, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
Officers responded to the area of 2300 NW Flanders Street and found a victim with serious injuries before transporting them to the hospital. The suspect had already fled the area, according to police.
Authorities located Zachary Kelso, 35, based on a suspect description in the area of NW Flander Street and Westover Road and booked him on two counts of first-degree assault at the Multnomah County Detention Center.
