This Limited-Edition Hamilton Field Watch Is Their Best Collab Yet
It’s hard to explain just how impressive Hamilton watches are. Afterall, how many American watch brands can you name that have been bought by the Swiss? And how many others can you name that have featured across a variety of Christopher Nolan movies? Exactly. Hamilton stands in a league of its own.
Add on the impressively reasonable price tags that generally come with their timepieces, and it's easy to see why the brand continues to remain a darling of the timekeeping world—even after over 130 years (they opened in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, back in 1892).

Looking back at those facts, it's also easy to see that the brand is one that’s never been afraid of a good collaboration, which has never been more clear than in its most recent team up with Japanese-American clothing makers Engineered Garments and the newly released limited-edition Khaki Field Titanium.
Engineered Garments traces its own history back to New York in 1999, when founder Daiki Suzuki combined his years of buying for Nepenthes stores with his own vision. The result is a brand that cares about the details and less about “perfect design,” instead focusing on how pieces are constructed. Over the past two-plus decades, Suzuki has blended workwear, military uniforms and sportswear to create garments that focus as much on appeal as they do on functionality.
It’s this shared reverence for craftsmanship, materials, and utility that is immediately apparent in the collaboration. Hamilton’s Khaki Field watches are known for their rugged, straightforward, and attractive nature, and the new Titanium manages to make utilitarianism attractive in a way that is more than just practical.
“When choosing a partner for a collaboration, brand fit and vision are two of our main criteria,” says Hamilton CEO Vivian Stauffer. “Hamilton being a watch brand with a rich history and a focus on innovation and Engineered Garments with their attention to detail and hidden qualities, we both share the same approach to creating products that are personal. That’s why we knew from the beginning that the output of this collaboration would have strong connections to the values of each brand.”
The resulting watch comes in at a versatile 36mm and features a—obviously—titanium bracelet, which makes the piece both more lightweight and durable. The dial itself offers few distractions, simpleng placing white numbers and marking on a black dial.
“The dial design prioritizes visibility with a minimalist approach, eliminating any unnecessary elements,” says Suzuki. “In my view, this configuration epitomizes the ideal field watch—both contemporary and timeless, embodying the essence of Hamilton Khaki x Engineered Garments."
The watch features an H-10 automatic movement with 80-hour power reserve. Just 1,999 pieces, a reference to the year Suzuki founded Engineered Garments, have been created, and it’s priced at $1,250.
