Satcom: Jio's legal opinion questions Trai transparency

Reliance Jio has submitted a legal opinion from former Supreme Court judge, L Nageshwara Rao, stating that the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) should have sought comments from stakeholders on the allocation of satellite spectrum.
