Incoming Foreign Minister Sa'ar's New Hope party set to join Netanyahu's ruling coalition

The agreement to bring the party into the government stipulates that chair Zeev Elkin and Gideon Sa'ar will serve as members of the security cabinet. Changes in quasi-constitutional Basic Laws will be made only with the agreement of all coalition factions
