Midfielder Zambrano suspended for doping breach

QUITO, Nov. 5 (Xinhua) -- Hull City's Ecuadorian midfielder Oscar Zambrano has been suspended by South American football confederation CONMEBOL after breaching doping rules, the English second-tier club said on Tuesday.

The ban is effective immediately and precludes Zambrano from playing at any level until further notice, according to a Hull statement.
