3 arrested in Troy drug, weapon investigation
TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Three people were arrested on Oct. 31 after an ongoing drug and weapon investigation in Troy. Gregory Clark, 34; Xavier Carr, 23; and Katrice Malloy, 54, face multiple charges.
The Troy Police Department Emergency Response Team and the Albany Police Department Emergency Services Team conducted two search warrants at two locations in Troy in connection with an ongoing drug and weapon investigation. According to police, the warrants were for a residence at 399 3rd Street and an apartment in the Country Garden Apartments on Colleen Road.
Police say after the search, they seized a loaded firearm, cocaine, money and drug-packaging supplies. The three were brought to Central Station for processing and were later arraigned in Troy City Court.

Charges for Clark:
- Criminal Possession of a weapon, loaded firearm in the second degree
- Criminal Possession of a weapon, previous conviction in the third degree
Charges for Carr:
- Criminal Possession of a controlled substance, with the intent to sell
- Criminal Possession of a controlled substance
Charges for Malloy:
- Criminal Possession of a controlled substance, with the intent to sell
- Criminal Possession of a controlled substance
