Belarus' National Assembly, Pan-African Parliament sign memorandum of cooperation

The signing ceremony of a memorandum of cooperation between the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus and the Pan-African Parliament took place at the PAP headquarters in Midrand on 5 November.
