Mere uttering of unpleasant words against woman not insult to modesty: Kerala High Court

The Kerala High Court has cleared film director Sreekumar Menon of charges of abusing and defaming a Malayalam actress. The court stated that using unpleasant language against a woman does not automatically constitute an insult to her modesty.
