U.S. Senate election: Republicans flip second Senate seat with Bernie Moreno win in Ohio

Republicans flipped two Senate seats on Tuesday, as Republican Ted Cruz won a third term in Texas. Democrat Angela Alsobrooks was declared the winner in Maryland's open Senate seat race.
