Library bonds, levy increases for children, seniors pass; port levy renewal on edge

Lucas County voters appeared Tuesday to have approved a 30-year, $153 million bond levy for the countywide library system and property tax increases for the county’s children services and senior services agencies, preliminary election results showed.
