Putin: Strong momentum in Belarus-Russia fraternal relations

The fraternal relations between Belarus and Russia have recently gained strong momentum, Russian President Vladimir Putin said as he received the credentials of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Aleksandr Rogozhnik in the Kremlin on 5 November.
