Justice for 2019 hit-and-run victim: Family receives Rs 65 lakh compensation

In a 2019 Gurgaon hit-and-run case, the family of 36-year-old Ashish Sharma was awarded Rs 65.49 lakh in compensation. Sharma, the sole breadwinner, died from injuries sustained when a speeding vehicle collided with his scooter. The court found the offending driver's negligence responsible for the fatal accident.
