While trying a number of Varanasi snacks at a local shop like aloo chaat, she mentioned Mukesh’s occasional enjoyment of the treat, saying, “Mukesh would have loved it.” She then revealed that Mukesh Ambani follows a strict vegetarian diet, dining out only once a week and favoring nutritious, homemade meals.
As par Nita Ambani, Mukesh’s favorite snack is the Gujarati delicacy Panki, a light dish made from rice flour batter, spiced with fenugreek and turmeric, wrapped in banana leaves, and served with achaar or chutney. She also revealed that not only her husband but the entire family mostly prefers eating home-cooked food.
