Water quality council submits its recommendations for Lake Erie to agency's board

Northwest Ohio municipalities could soon hear regional planners being more vocal in their support of a stronger and more robust management strategy for western Lake Erie, such as one that has become a hotly debated issue in U.S. District Court.
