Mural installation to narrow outbound A.W. Trail to one lane

Installation of a mural on the Chessie Circle Trail’s bridge over the Anthony Wayne Trail will close an outbound lane on the latter for one week starting Tuesday, the Toledo Department of Transportation announced.
