India-China engagement rules: Patrols to carry arms; Counterparts to stay unarmed in meeting

India and China have resumed armed patrolling in Demchok and Depsang after disengagement of troops and removal of temporary structures. As per the agreement, troops will remain unarmed during face-to-face interactions and both sides will inform each other about patrolling schedules to avoid confrontations.
