Alberta Ferretti names Alexandra Lamprecht as managing director

The Aeffe-owned label is undergoing a reorganisation, and has created the post of managing director, appointing Alexandra Lamprecht, an experienced luxury industry executive formerly with Ferragamo, Valentino and Etro.
