Uttar Pradesh: Schools with less than 50 students to be merged with nearby institutions

Uttar Pradesh plans to merge schools with less than 50 students to create a more functional education system. Students will be moved to nearby schools. Officials have been asked to report on distance, infrastructure, and transportation. A meeting will discuss the plan in November. A private school in Aligarh was also under scrutiny for allegedly intimidating students.
