NYPD seeks help locating missing teen with autism.

MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- The NYPD is seeking assistance locating a teen with autism reported missing from Manhattan.

Seth Adobo, 16, was last seen getting on a M100 Bus #8553 at West 125th Street and Amsterdam Avenue, police say.

Adobo is non-verbal and may be in need of medical attention, according to the NYPD. He is approximately 5'10'' and weighs 52 pounds.

Adobo was last seen wearing a brown, black, and white printed shirt over a white t-shirt and gray pants.
