One critical after shooting in east Columbus neighborhood

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- One person is in critical condition after a shooting late Saturday night in an east Columbus neighborhood.

A police dispatcher said officers were called to the 1600 block of Oak Street in Franklin Park just before 11 p.m. One person was found at the scene with a gunshot wound to the head and was taken to a hospital in critical condition.

One person was detained in connection to this shooting, per a police dispatcher.
