Iran Parl. speaker condoles Spain following deadly floods

TEHRAN, Nov. 03 (MNA) – Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has expressed condolences following severe flooding in Spain, which has killed dozens of people living in the city of Valencia.
