New President And Board Of The Royal New Zealand Pipe Bands’ Association

With Liam Kernaghan moving from the Management Board into the presidency, the Board has decided to appoint Mr Peter Duncan to take Liam’s seat. Stu McHale has been re-elected to the Board for another two-year term.
