Bawku Conflict: Take Seidu Abagre out of Bawku to restore calm – Dr. Victor Doke to government

Dr. Victor Doke, a lecturer at the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC), has advised that a rival chief, Alhaji Seidu Abagre should be taken out of Bawku in order to restore calm.
