Homicide investigation after Saturday Shawnee stabbing

SHAWNEE, Okla. (KFOR) - A man was killed after an early morning stabbing in Shawnee Saturday.

Shawnee Police Department posted on Facebook that the stabbing happened around 5 a.m. near 600 N. Hobson.

The victim was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police have not yet stated whether there is a danger to the public or if there is a suspect.
