Indian Army expands patrol in Eastern Ladakh's Demchok following PLA withdrawal
The Indian Army has begun full-scale patrolling in eastern Ladakh's Demchok and will soon start in Depsang Plains. This follows China dismantling temporary structures and withdrawing troops to pre-April 2020 positions. Patrolling aims to ensure unrestricted access to several points and will be done as per operational requirements to prevent clashes.
