St. Francis football pulls away from Avon Lake in opening round

AVON LAKE, Ohio —Senior Raheem Brown led St. Francis de Sales in receiving during the regular season, but his defensive play in the second quarter Friday turned the tide in the Knights’ 34-31 Division II, Region 6 first-round playoff victory at Avon Lake.
