NY Assembly candidate, Janet Tweed, talks issues with NEWS10
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) - Tuesday November 5th is election day. While most eyes are on the race for the White House, there are several local races of importance. Democrat Janet Tweed is trying to knock off the incumbent in the 102nd State Assembly district.
Tweed, who is in the healthcare field, supports the New York Health Act, which would create a single payer healthcare system. She says it will change how healthcare is provided in the state by improving access and lowering costs.
Tweed sat down with News10's Lydia Kulbida to discuss the issues facing the 102nd Assembly district.
