Curaçao win Caribbean Baseball Cup

World No. 29 Curaçao defeated No. 66 US Virgin Islands, 2-1 in the extra innings, in a thrilling final at the Andre Rodgers National Baseball Stadium in Nassau, Bahamas. to win the Caribbean Baseball Cup 2024. It's their second Caribbean Baseball Cup title.

Curaçao shortstop, Darren Seferina earned MVP honours.

No. 12 Dominican Republic placed fifth, and the hosts and No. 47 the Bahamas finished sixth.

The Bahamas will host in the first week of December 2025 the VII Caribbean Baseball Cup. The event will serve as a qualifier for the Central American and Caribbean Games Santo Domingo 2026.
