Flexible robotic bending cell handles parts up to 1,600 by 1,200 mm

LVD’s Easy-Cell 80/25 combines an Easy-Form 80-ton press brake with a KUKA industrial robot to automate bending of parts from 100 by 100 mm up to 1,600 by 1,200 mm weighing up to 25 kg. The press brake features a 2,500-mm bend length, 5-axis backgauge, and 2,500-mm crowning table.
