Death toll in Spain soars to more than 150 following severe flooding

The death toll in Spain has risen to more than 150 people after torrential rain caused severe flooding. The city of Valencia has been declared a disaster zone and officials are warning the devastation is far from over. NBC’s Meagan Fitzgerald reports for TODAY.
