Renowned economist Bibek Debroy, esteemed for his work on ancient Sanskrit texts and economic reforms, passed away at 69. Known for his translations of the Mahabharata and Ramayana, he also contributed significantly to India's economic policies, including the integration of the Rail Budget with the Union Budget.
