'Badly exposed to people': PM Modi attacks Congress over 'fake promises' in party-ruled states

Prime Minister Modi criticized the Congress for making unfulfilled promises and deceiving people in poll-bound states. He claimed that under Congress rule in Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, and Telangana, development and fiscal health are deteriorating, adversely affecting the poor, youngsters, farmers, and women.
