One dead after north Columbus shooting

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- One person is dead after a shooting in north Columbus Thursday night.

According to a Columbus police dispatcher, officers responded to the shooting on the 1000 block of Fordham Road at approximately 8:59 p.m.

The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition but pronounced dead at 9:31 p.m.
