Today on Acadiana Eats the team from Cool Scene is showing me how they put together their Seafood Tator and their one-of-a-kind chili dog.

The Seafood Tator starts with a freshly baked potato that’s covered with butter and Cool Scene’s homemade shrimp and blue point crab etouffee. It's finished off with chives.

Cool scene’s chili dog is a warm Lajuene’s bun filled with home made chili. Then comes the dog with onions cheese and chili.
