Snowman Ice Cream opens for warm weather on Halloween

TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Halloween is usually about candy, but a local business took advantage of the warm temperatures to give community members their fill of ice cream.

Snowman Ice Cream in Troy opened at 1 p.m. on Thursday for one day only.

One customer said she was excited to get a treat for herself this Halloween.
