To the editor: Brant’s actions not ‘perfectly legal’ in Mich.

Mark Brant’s Sept. 26th resignation letter from the Monroe County Commission stated: “I fully accept that renting houses and allowing renters to grow marijuana is a federal violation, although perfectly legal in Michigan and 29 other states, and I accept the consequences.”
