Friday to bring first snow to parts of Central and Southern Finland
PARTS of Central and Southern Finland will wake up to see first snow on the ground on Friday, reports STT.
“Some areas may get up to 15 to 20 centimetres of snow. Even though the warm ground will melt the snow quickly, some of it could stay on the ground,” Jani Sorsa, a meteorologist on duty at the Finnish Meteorological Institute, stated to the news agency on Thursday.
