US SEC says JPMorgan Chase settles five enforcement cases, to pay $151 million

JPMorgan Chase has agreed to pay $151 million to settle five SEC enforcement cases, which include accusations of misleading disclosures to brokerage customers and conflicts of interest violations. The settlement comprises $61 million in civil fines and $90 million in customer reimbursements, with JPMorgan neither admitting nor denying wrongdoing.
