Woman, 51, mysteriously found dead with wire wrapped around neck in NYC apartment: cops

A neighbor made the grisly discovery 6:30 p.m. Wednesday upon checking on the woman inside the fourth-floor unit on Flatlands Avenue near Elton Street in East New York, police said.
