Indonesia's motorcycle sales expected to rise amid rising demand

JAKARTA, Oct. 31 (Xinhua) -- Sales of motorcycles in Indonesia, a key indicator of middle-class purchasing power, are expected to rise to 6.5 million units this year, up from 6.2 million units in 2023, according to the Motorcycle Industry Association.

Johannes Loman, head of the association, attributed this increase to consumer interest in products with advanced technology, as reported by local media on Thursday
