Belarusian FM slams West’s policy towards citizens of Belarus, Russia ‘as verging on genocide’

The West is fencing itself off from Belarus and Russia, and its approach towards Russian and Belarusian citizens is teetering on genocide, Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maksim Ryzhenkov told the media on the margins of the 2nd Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security on 31 October.
