Lukashenko shares tidbits of his correspondence with U.S. top official

Recently I have had to engage in correspondence with a U.S. high-ranking official through intermediaries, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he spoke at the 2nd Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security on 31 October.
