Fire crews respond to apartment fire in SW Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — The Oklahoma City Fire Department responded to an apartment fire Wednesday night.

According to OKCFD, crews responded to an apartment fire near S Walker Avenue and SW 93rd Street.

Officials say a lightning strike caused the fire to start.

According to authorities, there are residents currently trapped inside the apartment complex.
